- Fixed problem in peer to peer when two machines load up at different
  rates.  The scenario was: two apps, one loads up fast and one slow.
  The fast one starts the game and moves a piece.  The second is still 
  loading pieces and receives the move_object packet but can't find
  the piece since it has not loaded it up yet; thus ignoring the
